MTB Gears 1-4 courses include safe and correct use of brakes, correct use of gear selection, pedal kick(wheel lift), track stand (balance), front wheel lift over objects, small drop offs, short down-hill descents, short up-hill descents, balance (movement of weight), hopping, bunny hop, speed jumps, obstacles and cornering.
